Baywalk, San Nicolas Batangas

We went to Batangas last year. We went there to visit our relatives. I didn’t expect this place to be beautiful as it is. The breeze here is so refreshing. The view is very satisying. In this spot, the taal volcano can be seen already, there are also lots of islands that can be seen here. The waves are huge too. Like a butterfly that is travelling, I am very happy to see a place like this.

 

GSP Ating Tahanan

We attended our Revival of the Spirit Seminar (ROTSS) here at GSP Ating Tahanan last October 2017. I kinda find myself here. I like the activites they prepared for us. I love this place because of its nice surroundings and ambiance. The quarters of the boys and girls are separated. The rooms here are so warm and when you look at the window during evening you can see the aesthetic city lights.

 

My Love for Taekwondo

Well, I started playing taekwondo when I was in Grade 4. They call it Philippine Taekwondo Association, PTA for short. Our coaches and mentors teaches us different positions on how we are able to protect ourselves. They also teach us korean language because taekwondo came from the country of Korea. I also entered as a varsity on this particular sport. I fight different taekwondo belters, I felt nervous back then because I’m not trained enough yet. I’ve learned so many things about this sport, you must be respectful to those who are higher than you, when you meet in any places you must bow to them, you must also become responsible and discipline. But as my training goes by, my grades become lower because I wasn’t able to review, when I arrived at our house I felt so exhausted. I felt so much body pain back then, but still I have my perseverance to continue what I want. I recieved two silver medals in my elementary year. I didn’t enter taekwondo in my high school year because I was too busy with so many things. My love for taekwondo will always remain in my heart even though I didn’t continue doing it. Remember that in  life you must be strong enough to give up something you want, because God has always a better plan for you.

Creative Corners

Creating something out of nothing is a talent beyond explanation, for that matter, merely creating something artistic on your own is something to be proud of. I, ANGELA MAE C. CATAPANG, is a girl that likes creating different stuffs when I get bored. I create origami, explosion box, waterfall card, diy notebooks about my idols, especially KPOP & Kdrama actors, I also create keychain out of different materials such as carton box, illustration board, clay etc. I really love arts since I was in kindergarten. I always tell my mom to buy colors and art materials for me. Since my love for Kpop & Kdrama have gotten bigger, I spend my money buying different merch online. My idols serve as my inspiration in making creative designs on my own. Imagining their faces while making stuff will surely inspire you to create wonderful things.
